Really interesting insights on community building. Currently building one @thebiodojo (bio-dojo.com) for interdisciplinary HS and UGs in bio/biotech research – with our work representing JHs, Harvard, UofT, Stanford, etc...
Definitely see the value of community, but also the struggles that some faced by scaling too quickly (GenZMafia), which loses the "community" within it. Looking forward to chatting with you about these!
